Terms of Service for PPC, Advertising and SEO programs. 

PPC AdWords and Bing Policy

PPC Campaign service fees and setup fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Our Agency Fee’s range from 15%-20% of the monthly budget, NOT the monthly spend.  Campaigns are setup and managed in our agency based interface and the work remains the property of MTR upon cancellation unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. 

Cancellation of any PPC or advertising program requires 30 days notice. 

For all campaigns we provide a detailed monthly report for the previous month. 

SEO Terms of Service and Policy

SEO Programs are all NON-REFUNDABLE, and require a 30-day notice for cancellation.  Depending on the plan you chose there may be a 6 month minimum service period because of the time it takes to begin seeing results from SEO, after minimum service period the service will be provided on a month to month basis, with a 30-day notice cancellation policy.

There are no guarantees with any of our SEO plans. Google’s algorithm consists of over 200 ranking factors, the vast majority of which they do not disclose. With that being said we cannot make any guarantees but we will utilize industry best practices to influence your website’s visibility. Our team are experienced SEO experts who stay up-to-date on Google’s algorithm changes.

SEO is all about rankings, we produce a monthly ranking report showing your ranking on the top three search engines. The rankings will fluctuate and change based on the search engine algorithms and competitors and many other factors. Ranking can go down despite our best efforts, this is rare but can happen to the best optimized website. 

Managed Hosting Services

Our managed hosting services use servers or accounts on major hosting platforms like HostGator, Go Daddy and 1&1.  Their servers have their own legal terms and policies that we must abide by. If you have questions about the hosting company terms please contact us for more details.  

Managed Hosting Billing – service can be cancelled at any time, our hosting plans do not offer a refund or prorated billing.

We are not responsible for any lost business due to website downtime. We do provide all possible and timely support on the event of hosting related downtime, but are limited in the support we can perform because the hosting providers listed above are responsible for server and hosting account uptime. We chose the best of the best but still experience downtime occasionally.  We recommend frequent backups of your data stored off site for emergency restorations.
